The challenges I help with
Most of my clients are senior leaders — VPs, directors, founders, and C-suite — in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, consulting, software, and financial services. They come to me at moments that matter:
- Preparing for promotion or stepping into a bigger role
- Onboarding into a new position — making real impact in the first 90 days
- Planning a corporate exit, pivot, or startup move
- Navigating workplace conflict, difficult bosses, or team dynamics
- Recovering from burnout and rebuilding a sustainable rhythm
- Thriving after redundancy and choosing what's next
- Building career strategy for the next 3–5 years
If any of these describe where you are right now, we should talk.

What clients walk away with
After working together, clients consistently report three things: clearer thinking on the decisions in front of them, more confidence in how they show up at work, and a sustainable rhythm that lasts well beyond our sessions.
Some have used our work to land promotions, others to exit gracefully, others to lead through restructures, and others to rebuild after redundancy and land somewhere better.
Here's what a few of them have said.
Drew MacGregor
Vice President - Bayer
"Andrew has been the perfect coach over the last year and a bit…..helping, guiding, challenging and supporting me as I navigated another turbulent year in the world of Pharma".
Akanksha Jain

"Andrew joined as our Founders coach at a critical juncture of our company's growth. He helped each of us develop our leadership skills as the team grew 5x over the course of a year and supported us through strategic challenges"
Coaching credentials
About me
I spent 25 years in leadership and management across pharma, life sciences, and consulting.
During that time, I gained plenty of hard-won experience in leading teams, navigating exits, and making the kinds of decisions my clients now bring to me.
That commercial background is why our conversations will feel less like therapy and more like working with a trusted senior peer who's been there.
I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with 2,000+ hours of practice and 200+ clients to date.
If you've come across me on LinkedIn, you'll find I show up the same way in coaching: warm, quick-thinking, direct, and an intuitive sparring partner for whatever's next.
When I'm not coaching, I'm a busy husband and a dad to four grown up kids, very likely to be found swimming in a lake, or out running in the countryside near my home in rural England.

How it works
We start with a free 30-minute intro call. It's a conversation to see whether we're a good fit and whether coaching is even the right thing for you right now.
If we decide to continue, sessions are typically 60 minutes, every two to three weeks, over Zoom or your preferred platform.
Most engagements run 6–12 months — long enough to see real change, focused enough to stay useful.
You bring the agenda. I bring 25 years of leadership experience, 2,000+ coaching hours, and a stubborn focus on what's actually going to move the needle for you.
